1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SEDI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

SEDI provides an AI inference platform that serves models as production APIs. We offer free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring your use of SEDI complies with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use SEDI for any illegal activity, to distribute malware, or to host content that violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service Level Agreement

SEDI guarantees 99.99% uptime for Pro and Enterprise plans. Credits are issued for downtime exceeding our SLA thresholds. Details are available in your dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

SEDI is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEDI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days. SEDI will permanently delete your data after this period.
